KLEMENT REAL ESTATE Mariusz Klementowski carries out the project „Conducting a design audit along with developing a design strategy” as a part of the Measure 1.4 Design for competitiveness under the Regional operational programme Eastern Poland for the period 2014-2020.

Aims of the project: The aim of the project is to strengthen the competitiveness by increasing the potential in terms of the proper design management and to increase the use of design in the Company’s activity. That will result in launching new products on the market and strengthening the Company’s position due to design.

Planned results:

Thanks to the project the competitiveness and the revenues of the Company will increase. The company will develop in terms of export and will be able to reach new buyers. The effects of the project will also be the adjustment of the design to the current needs and market trends, better knowledge of the market trends, needs and expectations, harmonisation of the activities and ways of communication regarding design, as well as development of export and reaching new buyers.
